What are your products made of?

All of our collars, leads, harnesses and seat belts are made from high-quality PVC-coated straps with powder-coated steel D-rings and an enamel-coated metal buckle.

They're flexible, waterproof, stylish, and a breeze to clean!

How do I clean my Olli The Label gear?

Simply with a wet wipe or wipe down with some soap and water!

How waterproof are your products?

Our products are beach-ready! They will keep your pup secure and ensure they stay comfortable during any water play. 

*Now, we have to be honest with you. While our products are designed to withstand water adventures, the enamel coating may wear over time, especially with extensive exposure to salt water. So, we highly recommend patting them dry after water exposure to increase longevity!

Have the products been tested for safety standards?

We understand that your pup is not just a pet, but a beloved member of your family.

Before any of our products make it to your doorstep, they undergo a series of rigorous tests. We put them through their paces, from pre-production to post-production, to make sure they meet our high standards.

We also believe in putting our products to the ultimate test - the furry friend test. That's right, our in-house pups are the real experts here. They try, test, and love every single product that we offer. You'll even see them across our socials!

Are your collars slip-proof?

Yes, we do have a slip-proof range! Check out our original collar range! All our collars are slip-proof except for the pastel collars.

LEADS

Why is there a D-ring on the lead?

This is where you can get creative! Use the D-ring to attach your poo bags, name tags, wear it as a stylish sash while your pup roams free or hang it up where needed.

HARNESSES

How does your reversible harnesses work?

Great question! A reversible can do double duty as a traditional and a no-pull harness. Mix up the D-ring spot to match your pup's vibe.

SEAT BELTS

Why do I need a seat belt?

Our seat belts are adjustable and is the ultimate solution for keeping your pup safe during car rides. Simply connect it to your car's seat belt socket and attach it to your pup's harness. It's as easy as 1-2-woof!

At this moment, we only ship within Australia 🇦🇺 

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $75. We also offer Express Shipping on orders for a flat rate of $15. All orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping!

Where is Olli The Label located and operated from?

We are based in Melbourne, Australia and all our products are available for purchase nationwide.

What is your return policy?

If your item/s are damaged, faulty, or if your pup isn't digging the colour, we are more than happy to sort out an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order. Product needs to be unused, of course!

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and instructions via email. Use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.
